ACUA – What Will They Think About You

Now that is how to knock on the door of our holiday home in outer space, we weren’t expecting anyone this year so the company will go down a treat. And Cologne 3-piece ACUA reveal themselves to be quite the wordsmiths here, with their lilting B&S harmonies of the boy/girl kind. It makes for something that is a whole more textured than the opening ambient corridors would have you believing and it makes for an immersive and convivial presence with nooks and crannies to ensure boredom gets the boot for 3:50 at least. The percussive overflow at the end just confirms to me that this is something that needs to become a regular visitor. KH
