Very 80’s from this Romanian act but to their immense credit ‘Terejo’ never suffers from pushing that olden sound, there is even a case to be made for it being a stepping stone to the future. Once the vocals enter the fray it feels truly alive with a vitality that most contemporary styled numbers fail to produce. The sheer energy produces a performance that must have taken a day or more to recover from. This is music that feels primal but that approach is central to the success of this endlessly enjoyable electro romp. KH
