Nice to have songs such as this to sashay into our lives, all languid opportunity and sparkly eyes full of mischievousness. Yep, it is a smile inducer and Tim Carr delivers it in such a lullaby manner, effortless but never throwaway. In fact ‘Take Me There’ is forged from sweet melodies that are so lithe they could evaporate on a warm summer breeze. It reminded me of a nicer Paul Simon, less in your face and more in your heart. The LA based Carr will be releasing his new album ‘Swing & Turn’ shortly and this should be all the invitation you need. KH
