familyfriend. – Superking Blue

That beat reminded me of ‘Young Folks’ by Peter, John and Bjorn but Nottingham’s familyfriend. came across more futuristic Beatles than all that. In short there was sparkle in the air, not only from the flailing beats but from a vocal turn than feels like it has a sense of destiny that includes conquering new sonic landscapes. familyfriend.is a bedroom project, which just tells us we are dealing with something beyond the ordinary – in fact it is properly exciting stuff.
