Pine Barons – Patsy

Sure it is acoustic as can be but ‘Patsy’ has at its heart a singer in Keith Abrams who could illuminate a Christmas tree all by himself. So we get something that wears its heart on its sleeve and extends its arms because we’re all welcome to sing along if we wish to do so. Maybe it is the incoming season but this Pine Barons track feels like it has arrived at the perfect time of year to engage with hearts ready to jump into ‘Patsy”s sense of wide-eyed wonder – while acknowledging that everything is temporary. Ever so lovely, stripping things back and revealing an innocence that we’ve lost along the way. KH
