Wolftrap – Girl Tripping

Well they’ve certainly got the look, they’ll need the luck too no doubt but ‘Girl Tripping’ has a way of operating that sure does have an intoxicating manner about its approach. Romantic but distracted to a point that aloof and cool are two of the boxes that are ticked off early. That we get a call and response just adds to the majesty, a song that already feels like a late summer anthem for romantics and those who just want a hangout theme that has longevity and an ability to bloom further with each new play. Never want to admit to being besotted but it might just be happening here with LA’s Wolftrap (Miguel Samuel and Bailey Mae Gardener). KH
