Bad At Being A Girl – This Again?!

Though there is definitely a slow ebbed quality to ‘This Again?!’ you can tell that there is a quiet fury at the helm, the song rather bubbles under with intention and when things inevitably reveal themselves it makes for a near spiritual experience. One could also give it a dream pop condition but the haunted qualities from Austin’s Bad At Being A Girl meant it reminded me of Jah Wobble and Sinead O’Connor’s collaboration called ‘Visions of You’. I wasn’t expecting the track to offer so much but it blooms from out of nowhere and as a result leaves a last impression. KH
