Now that is cool movements from this constantly provoking Polish act. Bass lines, some tumble and all headed up by a singer who has an aloof and cool demeanour so we feel we are getting an insight into a way of life that we’ll never ever be able to convey but in Alfah Femmes hands it sound oh so effortless. That what you get when an act can match the soul with the pop and their own brand of psychedelic pastoral. It feels so summer even if its heart is set to old time nostalgia of the kind that we’ve lost along the way. Simply glorious. KH
