Color Cable TV – La Liga

There sure ain’t enough songs about football given the proliferation of the beautiful game but Colour Cable TV appear to making moves to change that. Or at least the title would suggest as much and even if it doesn’t do so in practice the sheer melodic tumble of ‘La Liga’ is something to commit our favourite goal celebration to, Roger Milla from Italia ’90 at the corner flag. There is tropical at the chorus and there is meat on the bones all over to ensure this is a tussle that we’ll want to action reply time and again. If Jonathan Richman was into keepy-uppys we’d have arrived at ‘La Liga’ long before now. KH
