Francesca Fiore – Wide Berth

The absolute grandeur of that moniker and to be fair ‘Wide Berth’ responded in kind with a big opus of sound that has a sky scanning dreaminess about it. In other words it twinkles with the majesty of the night stars, all shoegaze and ethereal vocals that appear to have descended from the gates of heaven such is their gilded melodic content. There is more than mere plumes of guitar noise and vocal tapestry then for Stockholm’s Francesca Fiore appear to have pushed the floppy fringe to one side and instead scans the horizon for possibilities. And on this evidence those self same possibilites are endless. KH
