Phantom Wave – Chimera

I couldn’t help but hear the Cure, back in their early days when they sounded like they were finding their way but in a most energetic of ways. So Broken three-piece Phantom Wave sure have a retro leaning but it fueled by a fire that is expressed via the lively shimmering and the guiding hand of a just out of range singer. So much so that I hardly picked up on a word that was sung but it didn’t matter as the sway was such that we were drawn into ‘Chimera’s industry so completely. Hardly even noticed that things had gone nuclear in fact such was deference to their presentation. KH
