And the best thing is that that is just the start for ‘On Yr Mind’ shows us enough twists and turns to rival the Breeders bass heavy ‘Cannonball’. Plenty of Pixies going on too and that means the undertow is just as powerful as the surface swell – all adds up to a modern indie anthem to me and the Courts a band with the effervescence to usher back an era of glorious noise.
