Cereus Bright (Tyler Anthony) dares to do something different and so we were drawn in to their exotic architecture of strings, imaginative synths and a lead vocals that has a lightness of being. That it all comes together in a cohesive whole makes for a lovely headphones experience, the kind that has hypnotic undertones or for those on the move a sense of the music syncing up with our propulsion. There’s romance too, heartfelt swells that become apparent as the track hits a comfortable yet ever changing groove. KH
