Pseudoseason – My Paper Mâché

Such a quiet dispatch early doors, the kind you’d set aside for contemplation as it slowly thrashes through an inner monologue. And done in an organic manner, nothing overdone and kept in an orchestral manner that reminds us of the ever so recent time of year when magic is a common occurance. Bright Eyes then but not as you’d know him, in a Frightened Rabbit kind of way, as that final minute opens up a direct line with the heavens so we feel as if we’re capable of flight ourselves. ‘My Paper Mâché’ is gorgeous stuff from this teenage troupe from Massachusetts.     Yes the new stuff is very remnant of Bright Eyes! Pseudoseason is really starting to sound great. A group to keep an eye on in the Massachusetts scene.
