[PREMIER] Laveda – F***

Laveda are one of a scatter of bands that we can rely upon time and again to revert to ye auld forgotten trick of incandescent noise, but always presented with vocals that take the edge off the shoegazesque movements. On ‘F***’ you’d swear all they do is listen to the best 90’s bands and quickly turn to record the lasting effect into their own version of what is a glorious montage of dreampop atmosphere. Of course we were in full swoon mood long before the end, but it went beyond that in the transcendental instrumental break to fadeout. Some serious intent from this duo whose new LP will be out in early 2023. KH
