Comes across all soulful and even jazzy at first and I was wondering if we had wandered into the wrong room initially. But my how Louisville’s So It Was put a guiding arm around our shoulder and gave us that little fuzzy warm feeling inside into the bargain. The joy comes from several directions, the jangling instrumental dimensions and a singer (Daniel Lobb) so high on life it impresses on the rest of us to be similarly inclined if only for these three precious minutes. Swoon. KH
