All told Nashville’s Dallas Ugly have a form of Dolly Parton rapture to their manner that does channel some Future Islands into the bargain to leave us all loved up as if we’d been operators back in the 80’s. Sure is a bouncy kind of romance that they offer up and ‘Circumstances’ proves irresistible as a result. KH
