Oh yes, I just love songs that have set their sights on the New Year and new beginnings but done in a style that doesn’t leave anyone behind. And ‘Marmalade Making’ sure is as good as its intentions as it moves in a manner that is softly softly to our post Christmas heads where energy levels are determined by the remaining fumes that are left in the tank. ‘Auld Lang Syne’ has been dispatched but Tugboat Captain still have us feeling that communal spirit so the last vestiges of the season can be seen out in the best possible fashion.
