The way the vocals are turned out there will likely be tears from a large cohort of those within earshot and I must admit to feeling that way inclined myself such was the authentic heartbreak delivered by Scotland’s Rosie H Sullivan. Arrangement wise things are delivered in a simple manner, acoustics a drifting and letting those vocals run right through receptive fragile settings that we didn’t even think we could muster. ‘Lazy River’ helps us shed all the unnecessary and examine the lesser felt emotions that were high time we catered to. A much needed reset in the shape of a most essential piece of romanticism. KH
