Almost There But Not Really – So Slow

Whatever about the music I was awarding the moniker 10/10 and it seemed that loved up feeling was consistent across the board because Chicago’s Almost There But Not Really have a slacker rock sliding into shoegaze sound. ‘So Slow’ introduces us to a singer who might be down on his luck but is the most hopeful lead person I’ve heard in aoens. ‘So Slow’ drifts into our aorta much quicker than its tempo might suggests and it does so because there is a vibrant mix of ye old indie sound and something crucial to appeal to sentient beings in 2025 too.
