Adam Wood – Percy Fawcett

Must say it fleetingly reminded me of Coldplay’s ‘Don’t Panic’ initially but Adam Wood is made of stronger stuff than all that. And his ‘Percy Fawcett’ shows itself adept at moving through the gears of life and love, tenderness and bitterness and of course it is warranted given the intrepid explorer being extolled where things change in an instant but which forever glow with the beauty of life. This is cerebral stuff that keeps us on our toes but also having the fine regard to offer us up a fine tune in the process. Wood’s ‘Lucky Charm’ EP is on the way in 2025. KH
