Sea Lemon – Sweet Anecdote

We expect something of depth from Natalie Lew and her Sea Lemon and though ‘Sweet Anecdote’ requires a little patience in the early movements the payoff comes in a chorus that is ripe with melodic intention. The way the tempo is set we are invited into a world where things move at a glacial pace and it makes for a refreshing approach. Especially given the dreamy consistency of this act – a swell of sweet noise to soothe, calm and even healing such is its attention to meditative detail. KH
