La Loye – Little Red, Little Blue

At first it is barely perceptible but ‘Little Red, Little Blue’ from Dutch artist Lieke Heusinkveld has such an inner glow that we soon were feeling like we couldn’t be without it. A romantic kind of soul but always on the move, levity on feet to give us all a lightness of being. Dream pop that reminded me of Stina Nordenstam but with more tempo as if standing still and thinking on the spot was never an option. Such a subtle work it may pass some by but for others this will be the perfect moment this winter’s day. KH
