Bad Sauna – Challenger (oon vahvempi) feat. Sir Liselot

That sure does sound like a whole lot of things are falling down and are unlikely to be put back together in a orderly way but then that is the classic shoegaze way. And who cares anyway when Finland’s Bad Sauna give us the polar opposite in their quiet dreamy sequences to remind of Sigur Ros. So if the loud/quiet dynamic is what makes your world go round then ‘Challenger (oon vahvempi)’ is the business, it certainly sounded that way to me – even more so because this act are so perfectly equipped to deliver both temperature ranges. Classic stuff, time to get lost in the noise like My Bloody Valentine and the Smashing Pumpkins were ruling the roost all over again.KH
