Was giving me some Paul McCartney flashbacks I must admit but given the narrative it seems we’re more into an early noughties state of affairs. When the dam bursts and out drops all that guitar and slacker action I just knew I was among friends and Idaho Green know how to keep them floodgates open enough so we are happily submerged in all manner of noise and ramshackle indie machinations – Pavement how are you? The kind of song that you just don’t want to end so praise the lord that we get a full 5 minutes of the stuff. KH
