Now that is noisy frequencies but to be fair to Rochester quartet Bad Bloom they sure do see fit to take the sharp end out of ‘Onion’ for a tranche of dream pop. It is enough to make you cry and pine for those noisepop times from the 90’s and had Bad Bloom been around I am quite certain they have stood up well alongside the greats of the scene. Marrying of the beauty and the beastly sounds, feedback drenched sequences and effortless ethereal passages rubbling shoulder to give us a wonderfully realised piece of nostalgic action. KH
