Mister Data – Missing the Metaphor

Feeling something slacker from out 90’s way going down here from Houston’s Mister Data and being the olden heads that we are that is absolutely not a bad thing at all. ‘Missing The Metaphor’ hints at serious subject matter beyond all the cute melodic indie turns too. So we have depth to go with the arms aloft and getting with a Teenage Fanclub kind of approach. Mister Data sure do know their way around a chorus, one that Rogue Wave and the likes would be proud to put their name to and for me it makes like the kind of cherub that would have been a mixtape staple back in the day. Magical stuff. KH
