Been tracking this young quartet from Liverpool since their brilliant debut ‘Turn Back The Time’ and they’ve kept the production line of fine singles rollong throughout 2024. ‘Runaway’ is another one to stash away for the times a pick-me-up is required, blending something of the Coral with Keyside’s own brand of chirpy indie rock in several minutes that has that quintessential twinkle in its eye. ‘Runaway’ is immediate but not obvious and in a world that is short on such things we are mighty pleased to have Dan Parker, Ben Cassidy, Oisin McAvoy and Max Gibson.
