Icarus Finn – Valentine

Icarus Finn appear to be determined to return daytime radio schedules back to the greatness of yore with their songs that arrive like there was no expense spared in the production but crucially efforts such as ‘Valentine’ that are also so wonderfully melodic. So perfectly arranged in fact that the hoary old concept known as the love song feels like it has been successfully tinkered with to such a degree it might just have a future. I certainly felt an uplift in the pit of my soul anyway and I’d imagine I’m not alone. Toulouse band Icarus Finn are destined for greatness, I’m certain of it so prepare yourself for their upcoming debut LP. KH
