The one thing that is clear is that Gothenburg’s Wolfschmidt can rock out with the best of them, the best thing about them however is that they have a dreamy allure in tow so words pour forth in a manner that takes the edge off the propulsion. No surprise that we’ve fallen for this act before because they set their attentions back to another time when chords and harmonies worked in tandem to give us the escapism need to pull free from the reality all around. I’ll take this kind of ‘Crisis’ every time. A debut EP from the 5-piece is incoming. KH
