Timber Choir – Jasmine

Intricate as you like, those mildly psychedelic chord turns – lively too and of such a stirring as to offer a counterpoint to a voice like mid winter folk session but still alert and bright to all the possibilities. There is an understated beauty to ‘Jasmine’ as a result, one that only came to me on the second time around and as a result it felt like a natural fit for a head that needs songs that we can hum along to.
