Herr Nilsson – I Like Good Times

Well you can’t argue that this Herr Nilsson song is anything but a happy clappy kind of sort. I mean it has it all, the vocal rhapsody, the brass interludes and a singalong centerpiece where it feels for once the stars have aligned to give a day in the sun despite everything. It reminded me of the Polyphonic Spree and We’re From Barcelona (and even Them led by Van Morrison) so plenty ingredients to have us set up nicely for whatever bumps are in store down the road. Heart filling stuff from a Norwegian act who are a gift to the world.KH
