The Secret Beach – If You Don’t Love Me, Let Me Go

It could be that Micah Erenberg of the Secret Beach has designs on getting us back to a simpler time, I’m thinking a summer in the mid-seventies and we’re off to the beach with the whole family and have the radio on full blast. ‘If You Don’t Love Me, Let Me Go’ is the first song to come on and while it may be detailing the end of the romance it still feels like the start of the best adventure imaginable. Harmonies abound like Simon & Garfunkel were on standby and offering up all the advice in the world. Add in some Monkees and you have a work that will a hard one to match this summer or plenty summer to come. KH
