sadplanet – Four Days

The atmosphere is quite something, like the theme to the first moon landing but sadplanet have more in their locker besides and it arrives in the shape of a renewed take on the Cocteau Twins (and increasingly as the song develops something of My Bloody Valetine too) template. So we get shoegaze but most of all we get dreampop as originally envisioned but enlivened here with a vitality that tells us that this act have something invigorating to offer. Tunesome, let thy be drenched in the outer and inner atmosphere of sadplanet. KH
