Yokochi Bare – Back in the Saddle

What an exotic moniker and you’d be expecting something beyond the pale as a result. And to be fair ‘Back in the Saddle’ has a heady psychedelic pop routine that reminds of the glorious folk troubadours of the past like Simon and Garfunkel. Done with more rock enterprise from Dallas pair Dylan Bare and Trevor Yokochi it must be said, without losing any of the harmony laden words. All adds up to a dreamy few minutes, moving even such are the sweet notes that are recorded. Yokochi Bare have landed us in territory to move the soul as well as our toes here. KH
