Tyler Black – In The Summer

There is most definitely a clever mind at the controls here, guitars that could have come from any of the last few decades and a singer who is most definitely high on life. And able to throw that feeling of elation at every turn, in fact I was reminded of the Coral in the way there is a jangling basis but the mainstay is the vocal gymnastics – like the Strokes but taken out of NYC and relocated beach side and where the rays are always there to warm the skin and more importantly the cockles of our heart. Despite all the bad luck thrown his way this act is capable of bringing the sunshine. KH
