‘Fall Apart’ sure does have a fluid indie pop quality, dreamy textures from both the jangling playing and of course the flitting words and cooing. The kind that reminds me of classic indie times gone by and the Sullivan siblings even include an ode to experimentalism. That turn of events is always pleasing so if things ever got icky there is feedback aplenty to restore order fairly sharpish. Joyer have learnt from the best and their ‘Fall Apart’ is magnetic alt rock material as a result.
