There is just no let up with London quartet Shrimp Eyes at the controls, guitars screech, words flow and a constant state of evolution means that ‘Sunshine/Shadow’ packs enough ideas for a whole EP. They have their soft side too, times when things regroup before rebounding in a manner that strikes it could be an indie rock anthem in waiting. In fact I am sure of it because Shrimp Eyes cut a swathe with a winning array of swagger that puts an unwavering attendance to incandescent noise at its core. KH
