Razor Braids – It Goes Quiet

The clarity is what struck me at first, you can tell Brookyn’s Razor Braids are of the indie-rock kind but they’ve dialled down the rhetoric so we get the full essence of ‘It Goes Quiet’ without too much fussing about. And aren’t we the lucky ones because those words are expressed in such a sweet manner, the chord changes colourful with an altogether unhurried momentum to effect a slacker quality to proceedings. So very effortless, a tune with feedback that you can whistle along to – how novel is that! KH
