Midnight Cathedral – In Yr Arms

Reminded me of noughties act Sound Team, the dreamy effects that hard back to the nineties but a definite focus on percussive elements so there is a punchy element to ‘In Yr Arms’. I do like the way the production ebbs and flows, drifts and comes back into focus so it feels like a living breathing entity that we are experiencing. Really inventive stuff from Ben Grant and when that kind of enterprise crosses our desk we feel compelled to laud it from the rooftops. KH
