Cereus Bright – Drifting

When the mood calls for something that best operates in the background and for our betterment I find myself turning to tracks such as ‘Drifting’. Not least because it has a lightness to the touch but most of all because there is romance amid all the swirling electronic and delicately picked words by Tyler Anthony. At times Cereus Brigt sound like they are out of reach but that may well be because they are all around and we’re just tasked with letting the soft undertows work their magic on our fractured world. Sometimes it is just better to be, rather than be something we’re not. KH
