Ted Orient – One More Quest

‘One More Quest’ ups the ante quick and early but ever so subtly too, a serious prospect that surrounds us and overwhelms such is the grandiose quality of the arrangement. All the while Mornington’s Ted Orient fills us in on his world and with access to a falsetto so that even the more dark and overbearing moments have the edge taken off. I do think this goes beyond what I’d usually be finding myself holding hands with but what a great and fulsome adventure ‘One More Quest’ proves to be. Lifting us clear of convention and with it a more ambitious view of what is happening all around. KH
