Pamphlets – Wholesome Organic Convenience

A bit of a mouthful that title but it is worth it given the new wave aesthetic of the tune that it houses. ‘Wholesome Organic Convenience’ could have come from the early 80’s, reminding a lot of the guitar work on U2’s October if a bit less like Bono’s pronouncements and more in keeping with a punk outfit who have taken the foot off the accelerator a little for a few minutes. Brooklyn’s Pamphlets have given us something with plenty of fizz and attitude here, agitation to enliven. KH
