Ila – All Again – mp3hugger

There are moments of true elucidation early on ‘All Again’ and for me it comes in the short instrumental breaks. And that is more than enough to sustain us and until a chorus that lets rip and reminds us that Ila (Ilayda Cicek and friends) really have a molten fire inside of them. That is an appealing characteristic especially when that form of rhapsody used to be the preserve of acts such as Hole and who are a rarity in 2024. But there is undeniable proof on ‘All Again’ that the rage in this Turkish-Belgian act is authentic and as a result we are given license to throw our flailing limbs in a personal moshpit. It kicks hard and we are bound to do likewise. KH
