Sun Wave Mountain Cave – Bones

Spacey as can be and with such psychedelic qualities on show it felt as if Minneapolis’ Sun Wave Mountain Cave had the wherewithal to shift us out of festive sluggishness such was the potent combination of foraging chords and melodic vocals. This a busy song that is high on life and though it shows an aptitude for rocking out with abandonment there is a fine song structure that runs right the way through ‘Bones’ that sustains us in a heightened sense of muscular excitement. Reminded me of a more rabid Magic Numbers. KH
