Matched – When We Fell

Seconds in and my ear was cocked because things had taken off on such a dreamy manner, one that had a spirit that was always going to have an uptick on our romantic machinations. So we were well matched, not least because this lead singer has a splendour that recalls Harriet Wheeler and the parallels with the Sundays don’t end there because ‘When We Fell’ could easily have come from ‘Reading, Writing and Arithmetic’. So yes the love was swilling deep inside and come the end I didn’t want the state of near euphoria to end from this Nashville duo. KH
