SWiiMS – In Puzzles

It is the noise they bring so early to this piece that so impresses, I talk of the feedback that is usually the domain of tracks at the other end of their lifecycle. But SWiiMS aren’t your regular alternative act, for one they can mix the feedback with a classy form of dreampop that is most evident in Mai Diaz Langou’s vocals but also in intricate playing happening all around. Means that we’re given a lot more than you’d usually expect from a 3 minute opus. Blistering romance at every turn from this Toronto trio. KH
