I was tuned in to a greater extent because of who we are dealing with, Vast Robot Armies always bearing gifts that go beyond the pale and that much is obvious as usual on ‘Taking Back The Time’. So even before a word is deployed a complex yet exhilarating instrumental sequence has been executed to have us buttered up for the remainder. And things don’t get any less exhilarating as the track winds it ways in and around this wild mountainous pass of a progression. A feast for those who take it in via headphones, the combination of a classic rock demeanour with something that pushes the game forward at the same time. A colossal production. KH
