Valice – Nomadic

I could hear plenty ‘Clint Eastwood’ from Gorillaz going on for sure, that kind of lolloping cocky strut that you get from an act who have a sense of destiny and a nuanced manner in which to deploy it. ‘Nomadic’ is just great fun, a song that is forever scanning the horizon for mischievous things to do and featuring a cast of characters who are all in on a plot to inject a groove into our day no matter how hard curmudgeons like I try to resist. Yes, Austin’s Valice are an irresistible force. KH
