From//October – I Feel Like Something Is Changing

A simple affair but often they are the ones that infiltrate our insides the most. Dutch act From//October (Dion Tiktak) remind me of Snow Patrol pre-global takeover and so there is the mark of an indie band on the rise and angling for the moment where they go skywards. For now ‘I Feel Like Something Is Changing’ is a delicate flower and when it hits full bloom we arrive at a chorus that feels like all boats will rise at once. A humdinger that you can hum then but most might want to instead punch the air in delight because we’re found a new band that understands us. KH
